Advanced planning standards

Advanced planning standard is a one-room accommodations fitted with a double bed, or two separate beds shifted together with a double mattress, a furniture set, a carpeted floor covering, and a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, and a shower cabin. In the room you'll have satellite TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning, free Internet, telephone, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, and towels. (Room 2402 with ceiling windows and a double bed. Room 2410 with ceiling windows, two single beds 1.20 m wide. Rooms 2307, 2407 without balcony, with 2m on 3 m window, and two single beds each 1.20 m wide. Room 2207 without balcony, with 2m on 3 m window, and two single beds each 1.20 m wide shifted together. Room 1502 is on the attic floor, without a bidet.)

NOTES:

1. Room rate per night includes: accommodation, 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), access of SPA-center (swimming pool, sauna, cryosauna, gym, whirlpool bath), use of Free Internet, parking with video surveillance. Also, the rate includes medical services - consultations with following doctors: therapist, pediatrician and urologist.

2. The number of extra beds and rooms in which they are provided are determined by the hotel administration.

3. Early check-in (from 04:00 to 14:00) and late check-out (from 12:00 to 19:00) is at an additional cost of 50% of the room rate per day. Check-out after19:00 is at full day's rate.

4. Children under the age of 6 can stay in the hotel free of charge without provision of meals and bed, with no service claims.

5. The stay of children over the age of 6 must be paid for.

6. The deposit of UAH 2 000 is required at the time of check-in.

7. Rates include all taxes except for the tourist tax.

8. The cost of stay for a pet in the room is 400 UAH per day. An additional security deposit of UAH 2,000 is paid for the animal. We only allow dogs to stay on the territory of the complex with guests, except for fighting breeds, which in adulthood do not exceed 3 kg and can be carried in halls and elevators only in hands.
